I want to share with you my impressions of the GetIT simulator course "Total Immersion in IT Recruiting". I have experience as a recruiter in an IT company, but after taking this course my knowledge became much deeper. I was very surprised by the block on IT and development: I did not expect that there would be such an expert dive, I liked the way the information was presented and each topic was lead by a practitioner in his sphere and the speakers tried to deliver and disclose information in as simple language as possible. Svetlana Petrovicheva was very interesting to me as well, she led a block about sourcing, some of the tools I learned about for the first time. Svetlana shows the sourcing process using practical examples, after which she gives me homework to improve my skills. The video lessons can be watched many times until you understand the topic 100%. Also valuable in the course is a systematic presentation of exclusive information given by practitioners. The course is suitable for beginners and experienced recruiters who want to gain knowledge in It Recruitment. Thanks to Svetlana and her team for the excellent course!

I want to thank Svetlana for the rich material. The course will be useful not only for beginners who are learning the profession, but also for experienced recruiters. Everyone will find something new and interesting for themselves. Personally, I watched the lessons more than once with great interest. The required homework helped me immerse myself deeper into the topic. In my opinion, this is a great product.

As for the course - I took IT recruiting from A to Z a year ago, which helped me get into this field, and in December I decided to strengthen my skills, took the IT recruiter simulator (Secrets of IT recruiting). There is really a lot of information, I work with an outline in front of me, it is my work desk book))
